Hello! We are Hatch Holiday Rentals, a holiday accommodation company based in Vilamoura, in the Algarve, Portugal. Fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment in Balaia Golf Village, Albufeira, ideal for up to 4 guests. Perfect for families or peaceful stays, with great amenities and an excellent location near beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants. All rooms are bright, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

Check-out: until 10AM
Late check-out or early check-in must be approved in advance.

Noise

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between [quiet hours, e.g., 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM].
Respect neighbors and the surrounding community.

Cleanliness

Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash properly before check-out.

Damages & Liability

Tourist Tax Notice

Please be informed that the Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax for all guests aged 16 and over staying in Albufeira:

High season (April 1 to October 31): €2 per person, per night.

Low season (November 1 to March 31): €1 per person, per night.

The tax is applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person.

This tax is not included in the total reservation amount and must be paid separately. We only collect it on behalf of the local authorities.
