December 2025I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and even better than it looks in the photos. The view over the marina is spectacular – I never got bored of waking up to that. The location is perfect for exploring Lagos, with easy access to the marina, beaches and old town, but the building itself is quiet and relaxing. What really made it special was the host. Communication was fast, clear and genuinely friendly from start to finish, and they went out of their way to help with local tips, recommendations and anything I needed. There was even a great bottle of wine waiting for me on arrival, and as someone who really enjoys a glass, I loved the recommendations on what else I should try locally – a really thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and flexible, which made travelling much easier. The value for money is honestly incredible – I actually felt like I should be paying more for what I was getting. I felt completely looked after

March 2026This studio is immaculate with a distinctive style (note pictures to see if it works for you). The deck looks over the beautiful marina and has a great view of incredible sunrises. The train station is 10 minutes walk, bus station a block away, and city centre and beaches 15 minutes level walk. All of Lagos restaurants, grocery stores and shops are easy walking distance. The studio has a stove top and oven, excellent shower and television streaming services. the building is not the newest and the hosts are working on getting the common areas improved, but don’t let that put you off from what can be an exceptional AirBNB experience

March 2026Tolles Apartment in bester Hafenlage. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und trotz der Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße gut isoliert. Auch das Wohnhaus selbst ist sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war absolut herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist eigentlich top ausgestattet – lediglich bei den Pfannen und Töpfen würde man sich über ein kleines Update freuen, da diese schon etwas abgenutzt sind. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch ein klein wenig Luft nach oben, aber insgesamt hatte ich eine wirklich schöne Zeit!

March 2026For the price, this studio met our needs. Hatch Holiday Rentals were very responsive when I had questions and the interior was renovated to a high standard. However, from the photos, you cannot tell this studio is on a main road, which is very convenient but meant the balcony was noisy, which was a shame because it had a stunning view. Secondly, if you need parking, it will cost €5-10/day, some way down the road. Overall, I had a good stay.
