High season (April 1 to October 31): €2 per person, per night.
Low season (November 1 to March 31): €1 per person, per night.
The fee is applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person.
This tax is not included in your booking price and must be paid separately. We simply collect it on behalf of the local authorities.

November 2025Logement spacieux, bien équipé avec parking privatif; piscine agréable dans une résidence très jolie et propre. La proximité de la route est bruyante (beaucoup de motos/quad même la nuit) mais la résidence est calme. Très gros point négatif sur le ménage : serviette sale + lame de rasoir oubliées dans la salle de bain, des poils d'animaux ++++ sur le fauteuil, dans tous les coins du salon et dans la chambre. Notre bébé de 9 mois qui joue et rampe au sol en était constamment recouvert et nous avons dû refaire le ménage à fond dès le lendemain de notre arrivée et plusieurs fois. Et bonus : préservatifs et gel intime oubliés dans la chambre et non jetés par l'équipe de nettoyage... Le store du balcon est complètement déchiré et inutilisable : vous êtes donc tout le temps en plein soleil. Beaucoup de fissures sont apparentes dans tous les murs ce qui n'est pas très rassurant. Grand rangement dans la chambre disponible mais inaccessible à cause d'un cadenas qui bloque le placard. Dommage!

January 2026I stay at the apartment with my family for Christmas, the place is great, we definitely enjoyed, felt like home. Peaceful and private like we wanted. We didn't rent a car but it was easy and cheap to go around on uber. The pool area is lovely and well maintained, the weather wasn't hot but the kids still enjoyed. I recommend and would definitely stay again next time I'm in Albufeira.
