Important Note for MONTHLY bookings: Water and electricity expenses are not included in the booking price and will be charged separately based on consumption.

Please note that the Loulé Municipality charges a tourist tax for all guests aged 16 and above staying in Vilamoura:
€2 per person, per night
Charged up to a maximum of 5 nights
This tax is not included in your booking price and must be paid separately. We simply collect it on behalf of the local authorities.

The apartment was well looked after and as described and as per photos. Unfortunately the pool and garden areas are not looked after and maintained as they should be This is not within the control of Hatch Holidays who were totally responsive but their references to the property management company fell on deaf ears. As to Hatch Holidays, Catarina and Kay at Hatch could not be more helpful and understanding and I can totally recommend renting via them as they are always be available to assist and are always proactive. When I return to Portugal I will definately use Hatch again . So 4 stars for the Apartment ( because of the grounds( but 5+ stars for Hatch and Catarina
